Website Privacy and Cookie Notice

Privacy information for visitors to the SaveLivez institutional website and for direct business interactions.

Version 4.0 — Effective July 15, 2026.

This is the public privacy policy for the SaveLivez website. It is intentionally separate from the Services Privacy Notice, customer-specific notices, contracts, data processing addenda, and Business Associate Agreements.

1. Scope of this Notice

This Website Privacy and Cookie Notice explains how SaveLivez Tecnologia para a Saude Ltda. ("SaveLivez," "we," "us," or "our") handles personal information collected through savelivez.com, its English and Portuguese language pages, website forms, website chat, cookies, embedded content, events, newsletters, recruiting communications, and direct sales or partnership interactions initiated through the website.

Website and Services are separated

This Notice does not describe all donor, patient, blood-center, hospital, or customer data processed through SaveLivez products and contracted services. Those activities are described in the separate Services Privacy Notice, the customer organization's own privacy notice, and the applicable contract, DPA, BAA, or implementation documentation.

2. Who we are and how to contact us

SaveLivez is a health technology company that provides artificial intelligence, analytics, donor engagement, campaign automation, scheduling-related workflows, reporting, and related services designed to help blood centers and hospitals reduce blood shortages and waste.

3. Our role for website information

For information collected directly through the public website and direct business interactions, SaveLivez generally determines the purposes and means of processing and therefore acts as a controller, business, or similar responsible organization under applicable law. The role may differ for a specific event, recruiting platform, jointly organized activity, or customer-directed workflow; where it does, we will provide additional information.

4. Personal information we collect

We collect only the categories reasonably needed for the relevant interaction. We do not necessarily collect every example from every visitor.

Do not submit sensitive service data through public forms

The public website is not intended for blood type, donation eligibility, donation history, diagnoses, medical records, protected health information, full government identifiers, financial credentials, biometric identifiers, or precise geolocation. Do not send these data through general forms, chat, or ordinary email. If sensitive data is received unintentionally, we will restrict its use and take appropriate steps based on the context, applicable law, and contract.

5. Sources of information

• Directly from you through forms, email, chat, meetings, events, surveys, applications, or contract discussions.
• Automatically from your browser, device, and website interactions, subject to your settings and applicable consent requirements.
• From customers, partners, employers, professional networks, event organizers, and providers authorized to share information.
• From publicly available professional, corporate, institutional, and governmental sources when lawful and relevant.

6. How and why we use information

Where consent is used, it may be withdrawn for future processing through the relevant preference control or by contacting us. Withdrawal does not affect processing already lawfully completed.

7. Cookies and similar technologies

The website uses cookies, scripts, tags, pixels, local storage, and embedded content for essential operation and, when enabled, functionality, analytics, performance measurement, and embedded media. The live Cookie Settings panel is the operational source for current category choices.

7.1 Cookie choices and validation

• Accept all: enables the categories shown in the consent panel.
• Reject non-essential: keeps only cookies required for core operation and consent records.
• Save preferences: applies category-by-category choices.
• Change or withdraw: allows choices to be revisited through Cookie Settings.

Technical validation record

The Accept, Reject Non-Essential, Save Preferences, and Change/Withdraw functions were operationally tested on July 15, 2026.

7.3 Sale, sharing, and targeted advertising

SaveLivez does not sell website visitor information for monetary consideration. Depending on the law and technology, optional analytics, tag management, or embedded-media disclosures may be treated as "sharing," "sale" for other valuable consideration, or targeted advertising. When applicable, you may opt out by rejecting the relevant category or changing Cookie Settings. We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of individuals under 16.

8. How we disclose information

We disclose personal information only as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here and subject to contractual, professional, or legal safeguards.

• Website, hosting, cloud, consent-management, analytics, communications, CRM, document, security, support, and other providers.
• Customers, partners, employers, or event organizers when needed to respond to your request or as you direct.
• Professional advisers, auditors, insurers, financial institutions, and legal counsel subject to confidentiality duties.
• Authorities and authorized bodies when required or permitted by law and appropriately reviewed.
• A buyer, investor, lender, successor, or transaction participant in a financing, merger, acquisition, reorganization, or sale, subject to appropriate safeguards.

9. International processing and access

SaveLivez operates internationally. Authorized SaveLivez team members normally access systems from Brazil, the United States, or Canada. Providers supporting the website and business operations normally access or operate from Brazil, Europe, or the United States. Actual storage and processing locations depend on the service, provider configuration, and contract.

Where required, we use applicable transfer mechanisms and safeguards, which may include adequacy decisions, standard contractual clauses, data processing agreements, access restrictions, encryption, and risk assessments.

10. Artificial intelligence and website data

SaveLivez develops and uses artificial intelligence in its services. Website and business-contact information may be used for ordinary lead management, support, analytics, security, and service improvement, but we do not use public-website contact data to make solely automated decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects about visitors. We do not use identifiable website data to train a public general-purpose AI model unless the use is specifically authorized, disclosed, and lawful.

11. Retention and deletion

We retain personal information for the shortest period reasonably necessary for the stated purpose, relationship, legal or contractual requirement, security, audit, dispute preservation, or documented business need. We use criteria rather than a universal deletion promise because records, legal duties, and backup cycles differ.

Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove protected backup copies. Backups remain access-restricted and are overwritten or deleted through the applicable backup lifecycle unless legal preservation applies.

12. Security

We maintain administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including role-based access, least privilege, authentication controls, encryption where appropriate, logging, backups, secure development, vendor controls, incident response, and workforce training. No internet transmission or storage method is risk-free, so we do not promise absolute security.

13. Privacy rights

Depending on your location, relationship, and applicable law, you may have some or all of the following rights:

• Confirm processing and obtain access.
• Correct inaccurate or incomplete information.
• Request deletion, subject to legal exceptions.
• Obtain portability where applicable.
• Object to or restrict certain processing.
• Withdraw consent for future processing where consent is the basis.
• Opt out of sale, sharing, targeted advertising, or certain profiling where applicable.
• Limit certain uses of sensitive personal information where applicable.
• Appeal a denied request where applicable.
• Use an authorized agent where permitted and avoid discrimination for exercising rights.

13.1 How to submit a request

Email ciso@savelivez.com with the subject "Privacy Request" and describe the right, the context of your interaction, and the information reasonably needed to identify the relevant records. You may also use contato@savelivez.com. Both channels are active and monitored.

We may verify identity and authority using information proportionate to the request and risk. Verification data will not be used for unrelated purposes. We will respond within the period required by the applicable law and may explain an extension, refusal, or applicable exception.

13.2 Appeals

Where an appeal right applies, email ciso@savelivez.com with the subject "Privacy Appeal," identify the original request, and explain the basis for reconsideration.

14. Regional information

14.1 United States

U.S. state privacy laws may grant rights related to access, correction, deletion, portability, sale, sharing, targeted advertising, profiling, sensitive data, appeals, authorized agents, and non-discrimination. Applicability depends on thresholds, exemptions, roles, data type, and jurisdiction. SaveLivez uses the rights process above as a common intake method and applies state-specific requirements when applicable, including California, Texas, and Tennessee.

14.2 European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and Switzerland

Where European data protection law applies, we identify a lawful basis, provide required transparency, support data subject rights, use appropriate transfer safeguards, and conduct impact assessments when required. You may complain to the competent supervisory authority.

14.3 Brazil

Where the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (LGPD) applies, individuals may exercise the rights provided by law through the channels above. International transfers are managed through mechanisms and safeguards recognized under the LGPD and ANPD regulations, as applicable.

15. Children and minors

The public website is directed to business and professional audiences and is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information through the public website without legally required parental authorization. Customer donor programs involving minors are governed by the customer, the Services Privacy Notice, applicable law, and contractual instructions.

16. Third-party links and services

The website may link to or embed third-party services. Their independent privacy practices apply when they control the interaction. Review their notices before providing personal information. SaveLivez is not responsible for independent third-party practices that are outside our control, but we assess providers used on our behalf and impose appropriate restrictions.

17. Changes to this Notice

We may update this Notice to reflect changes in law, technology, providers, data practices, or services. The updated version will show a new date and version. When a change materially affects rights or previously disclosed processing, we will provide additional notice or obtain consent when required.

Appendix B - Short notice for website forms

Form notice

SaveLivez collects the contact, professional, and message information you submit to respond to your request, manage a potential business relationship, and protect our systems. We may also collect website and device information as described in the Website Privacy and Cookie Notice. Required fields are identified in the form. Do not submit donor or patient data, medical records, financial credentials, government identifiers, or other sensitive information through this form.
